We took inspiration from the great Hungarian scholar Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s seminal work on happiness called Flow. People undergo states of optimal experience during high levels of concentration and deep enjoyment. What makes experience genuinely satisfying is a state of consciousness called flow-a state of concentration so focused that it amounts to absolute absorption in an activity.
FLOW was borne out of a passion for transforming the lives of children by helping them discover their true potential. FLOW was also nurtured and brought to fruition with little help from our friends. Using nature, play and adventure, FLOW helps students nurture their love, interests and life-long learning helping them transform them into future leaders.
At FLOW we believe that building a strong, caring and supportive community is key to our success. That's why we've created an idea and philosophy that puts students first, and fosters a sense of belonging, connection, and nurturing among all our stakeholders including parents and educators.
At FLOW we design and deliver outcome based experiential learning programmes for students, parents and educators indoors and outdoors. We also offer expeditionary leadership programmes in the Himalaya. Our programmes are designed and run to elicit a variety of life and leadership skills ranging from primary school to senior grade.
