As the Founder of Great Himalayan Trail-GHT, Robin Boustead is the primary visionary and founder of the Great Himalaya Trail (GHT), a network of trails that stretches approximately 4,500 kilometres across the highest mountain range on Earth. His work has transformed Himalayan exploration from a collection of isolated expeditions into a cohesive, trans-continental narrative. He has held advisory roles for sustainable tourism businesses and governments in Nepal, India, and Bhutan. As the Founder of ESG Report Pro, he spearheaded the development and implementation of a groundbreaking SaaS ESG reporting system tailored specifically for the services sector, with adaptability for the manufacturing and chemicals industries. Robin serves as chief advisor for FLOW.

Richa Pandey holds a PhD in Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, TISS, Mumbai. In her doctoral dissertation, she examined narratives and its implications for young adults across diverse social contexts in India. She  currently works at  the Ravi J. Matthai Centre for Educational Innovation at IIM Ahmedabad focusing on strengthening school leadership and educational systems. Her professional areas of work include curriculum and teacher professional development, education for children with disabilities, and educational rights of children of sex workers. She works extensively with stories as pedagogic pillars for learning to foster engagement, critical reflection, and agency. She completed her Masters and MPhil also from TISS. She leads our educational consultancy programmes in India. 

As a mentor, Senthil Ram drives business development and processes at FLOW. Driven by passion, global exposure and entrepreneurship, Ram is committed to transform the education sector using innovative ways and technology combined with traditional knowledge and wisdom.  This, he thinks would help bridge the knowledge and skill gaps in addition to students remaining competitive, resilient and successful  in an increasing globalised world. Ram holds a PhD in negotiations and conflict resolution in international relations.  He brings his global exposure  on tech, education and AI and currently leads tech and AI based projects in East Africa. 

Percy Fernandez is the founder director and mentor of FLOW. He has varied experience across industries in leadership, training, personal and organisational development. He has been closely associated with learning, education, media, outdoors, tourism and public relations consulting for more than two decades. He holds a PhD in sociology of communication from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and leadership certifications from the University of Oxford and University of Copenhagen on climate emergency and tourism. He also holds a professional certification from Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
